RETURN POLICY

In order to accomodate our customers, we must require certain items with every return. Please provide the following with ANY items returned or shipped to our location:

- A note describing the return (i.e. repair, exchange, trade or refund)

- Signed authorization of the transaction to occur

- A copy of your original AOA receipt (where applicable)

- A current credit card number (for exchanges with difference in value, repairs and returns)

- A phone number at which you can be reached

- A valid physical shipping address or mailing address (depending on the nature of the transaction)

Failure to provide the information above may result in extensive delays in the processing of your return. For ANY refund transaction, a copy of the original sales receipt and the original credit card used in the transaction are required. Restocking fees may apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Every exchange, refund or trade must be authorized prior to making the return.
